You're the one who handles it. When things shift, you adjust.

You don't need hand-holding. You need structure. Rhythm. Consistency.
You don't talk about your growth.
You just do it.

You're growing. You're building. You're done shrinking.
You want rooms that feel like home.
Rooms where you don't have to code-switch.
Women who get it without explanation.
You don't just want content. You want community.
You're the strong friend. The big sister. The one everyone calls.
The one who "has it together."
You carry a lot. And most people don't see how heavy it is.
You don't need another thing to manage. You need to be poured into.

THE BWIC EXPERIENCE
Rooms feel different here
BWIC events aren't networking events. They're not wellness seminars.
They're the rooms you've been craving — where you don't have to explain yourself, edit yourself, or shrink yourself.

Sometime You Have to Plan Your own Joy ...
Mother’s Day weekend, women showed up — some alone, some with friends.
And somehow, it didn’t matter.
Because the moment you walk in, it feels familiar.
Like you’ve been here before.
As Black women, we don’t always slow down easily…
so sometimes we create the space that makes us.
And when we do, we laugh a little louder, stay a little longer, and let ourselves enjoy it fully.
(Members Only)
This is What Sisterhood Actually Looks Like...
Praying together. Eating together.
Laughing, singing, talking — all in one night.
There’s no performance here.
No pressure to show up a certain way.
Just women being real, being held, and being themselves.
This isn’t surface-level connection.
This is what happens when you’re safe enough to be seen.
(Signiture Experiences)
You don't Leave the Same...
Every year, we gather — not to perform, not to pour out… but to exhale, at our annual retreats.
Last year, it looked like…
Silk pajamas. Soft music.
Waiting to Exhale playing in the background.
Late-night conversations that felt like therapy.
Laughter that turned into release.
Moments of honesty, healing, and sisterhood.
Guided reflection. Space to let go.
A room full of women who get it — without explanation.
It’s intimate. It’s soft. It’s real.
You come carrying everything…
and leave lighter, freer, and more like yourself again.
REAL WOMEN. REAL RESULTS.
Don't take our word for it
These are the women who walked in unsure...
and found something they didn't even realize they needed.
"It feels like family... not friends"
Founding member didn't just find support — she found safety. A space where she isn't judged. Where she can show up fully and be received with care.
Not surface-level connection.
Not small talk.
Just real support, from women who genuinely see her.
"I found women who feel like me..."
A room full of Black women who look like her, feel like her, and love like her.
Where her wins are celebrated. Where growth is supported. Where personality doesn't need to shrink to fit in.
It's not forced. It just fits — like she's exactly where she's supposed to be.
Every version of you is welcomed here...
No two women in the room are the same — and that's the point.
Different personalities.
Different stories.
Different paths.
And sone how, all of it is celebrated. Because being a black woman isn't one thing. and here... you dont have to fit in a box to belong. .
THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT.
Self-care and sisterhood aren't just feel-good buzz words — they're scientifically proven to improve mental health and over all well-being. Community matters, being seen, heard, and supported can truly transform lives.

Black Women in Color was created with you in mind.
In my work, I found myself talking a lot about self-care—but the reality was, many of my clients didn’t have the community or support to actually practice it.
They didn’t always know where to turn, or who to be real with.
And that didn’t sit right with me.
So I thought… let me create the space.
A space where Black women can feel supported, not just told to “take care of yourself.”
A space where you don’t have to carry everything alone.
A space where you can just be.
This isn’t just a membership.
This is the work.
BWIC is where you come to reconnect—with yourself, your peace, your joy, and your power.
